My vision

We are surrounded by a never-ending array of beauty and inspiration and translating our impressions into visual art requires flexibility and diversity of both medium and technique. Therefore, you will see quite a range of artistic styles when examining my body of artwork. I began painting realistic landscapes and while I still enjoy these, I have always gravitated to more abstract images. Less defined and open to interpretation. Some of my pieces are more clearly figurative and saturated with bold colors. Others employ a more subdued palette and deep texture, inviting you to dive in and explore your emotional response to the image rather than an intellectual one.
